Community Living Group Home

Concept provides people with developmental disabilities opportunity to live and grow with dignity in the least restrictive environment in a community setting that will encourage and advance viable relationships with his/her family within an environment that permits him/her a rhythm and routine way of life. We have a residential program plan that incorporates appropriate professional assessment and evaluation toward achieving goals and objectives of the individual.
